Capacity Dashboard is a tool designed for the home services industry. It optimizes advertising spend by dynamically adjusting lead generation. It ensures businesses only pay for leads they can service, maximizing efficiency and profitability.

Design system

Me and my team of 2 more designers developed a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all UI elements and accelerating future development.

Accessibility

We conducted thorough accessibility audits and implemented WCAG 2.1 guidelines to ensure the software is usable by individuals with diverse needs.

Usability improvement

I identified and addressed key usability pain points by analyzing client support tickets, resulting in targeted improvements that streamlined workflows and enhanced overall user efficiency.

Tokens + variables

Design system

I created a centralized source of truth for all UI components, patterns, and guidelines. A core aspect of this system was the strategic use of design tokens. The benefits of design tokens:

Maintain a source of truth for consistency
Improve management of a scaling design system.
Shared language between design and code
Removing guess when building products

Inclusive + accessible

Accessibility

A core focus of my work was to ensure the Capacity Dashboard is inclusive and accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities. I conducted comprehensive accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 guidelines, identifying areas for improvement. My efforts included:

Optimizing color contrast ratios to meet AA standards
Proper semantic HTML for robust screen reader compatibility
Enhancing keyboard navigation to allow seamless interaction without a mouse

If your call board is full and techs are busy, there’s no need to spend money for leads that can’t be serviced
